The Top 25 Newsletter is an e-newsletter, sent out every Wednesday, consisting of the 25 best travel deals of the week.
Why should I select special interests?
Selecting special interests will allow ShermansTravel to serve you with travel deals and content relevant to the types of travel experiences you enjoy.
Why can't I log in after setting up my profile?
After you set up your profile, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Click on the link provided in this email in order to verify your account. Once your account has been verified you will be able to log in with your email address or username and the password you selected.
How do I edit my profile?
Once signed in just click on "Profile" on the left navigation, then update and save with your new information.
I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do?
Click "Login" on the top right of the screen; a log in window will pop up. Click "lost your username or password", then enter your email address. Your username will be sent to you along with a link to set up a new password.
Is my account private?
Yes, only you will be able to access your account; do not permit others to use your login information to access the site. Please direct anyone who does not have a profile to sign up for FREE by going to ShermansTravel.com and clicking "Register" on the top right of the homepage.
Why did I receive two ShermansTravel.com Account Confirmation emails?
Most likely, you have received two Account Confirmation emails because, after signing up for an account, you did not confirm it via the first Account Confirmation email sent at that time. The second, identical email was sent to you upon attempting to Login into your unconfirmed account, and clicking on the "Confirm it now" link provided on your login attempt. Please see "Why can't I log in after setting up my profile?" in this FAQ for account confirmation instructions.
