Chances are if you come to the Bell Channel Inn, you're here to dive. The 31 rooms - very Palm Beach motel - lookout over a solar heated pool and the channel. Some rooms have been remodeled more recently than others, though all are quite cozy and have balconies and sitting areas. Apart from a free beach shuttle, there's an onsite dive shop and private boat that can reach the island's best dive sites within ten minutes. You could rent a double for around $85 per night, but you'll get more for your money if you go with one of their three night/four day dive packages, which start around $348.
