The crippled Mexico tourism market took yet another blow on Saturday afternoon when Mexicana Airlines announced that it is suspending all flights on its three airlines (Mexicana Airlines, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink) until further notice. The news comes less than a month after Mexico’s oldest airline declared bankruptcy and halted new ticket sales in an effort to bide time and find a solution to its debt.

Rumors that Mexicana might one day resume flights are circulating, but if you’re schedule to fly with the airline you’re better off snagging a refund and rebooking on another carrier ASAP. Here are a few steps to take, especially if you’re traveling soon:

Call Mexicana: For the most immediate travel issues, call Mexicana from the U.S. or Canada at 888-882-9994 or 877-801-2010.

Apply for a refund online: Mexicana has two refund pages set up, one for U.S. travelers, and another for Mexican and international passengers.

Check out Aeromexico fares: The airline is offering some wait list-based discounted rates for passengers booked on Mexicana flights through September 20. Within Mexico, tickets are between $121 and $175 each way; in the U.S., flights shorter than 4 hours cost $269 each way, and longer routes cost $289 each way; tickets to and from Spain, Brazil, and Argentina run $599 each way; and fares to Colombia, Costa Rica, and Cuba are $299 each way.
