Ireland Golf

Adare Golf Club

One of Ireland’s most high-profile courses, Adare Golf Club was the last golf course designed by legendary Robert Trent Jones. The River Maigue meanders through the giant, tree-flanked course, which sprawls across 230 acres of Irish countryside and played host to the 2008 Irish Open.

Doonbeg Golf Club

The crescent-shaped Greg Norman-designed course hugs 1.5 miles of dune-specked beach and catches plenty of wind. The course contains a distinct combination of five par-three holes and five par-five choices. The links are of a naturalistic design; during construction, many of the greens and fairways were simply mowed.
