Cozumel’s sole adults-only, all-inclusive resort is a long shot from the more rustic, dive hotels that the island is better known for. The spread is a sort of grown up playground with a glistening infinity pool, three bars, and two restaurants. The 87 rooms are bigger than most New York apartments (they start at 750 square feet) and are decked out with everything from iPod docking stations to 300 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Some have private lap pools and others have swim up entrances from their Lazy River.
