The city of Oaxaca is one of Mexico’s colonial gems, surrounded by awe-inspiring ruins and villages specializing in the folk art for which Oaxaca is renowned. The (mostly) untouched coastline was immortalized in the movie Y Tu Mama También. Hualtulco has the coast’s only five-star resorts.
