Not impressed
Everything seemed fine when we walked in our room. It was clean, nothing seemed too old, and the towels, cups and tissues were well stocked. However when we went to use the bathroom sink, a bunch of brown water spewed out for a good minute or so. We go over to the shower and the same thing. It seriously looked like the water came in from people’s toilets. We were all horrified. We tell the manager to switch our rooms but he refuses to do so b/c he says all the rooms are like that. Disgusting. I’m never renting a room here again. They were also really strict on parking and having too many people in your room. The security guard hassled me about getting a parking pass even though I hadn’t checked in yet. He was also watching and counting the people entering rooms which was kind of creepy.

Was more than I expected
I read the reviews about this place and had low expectations on the quality of the stay. For the price I paid, I was very satisfied. A clean, non-smoking room with two beds was provided, as requested and the font desk was very cooperative with any requests. I would reccomend this Hotel to anyone staying in the Downtown Los Angeles Area.

nice place to stay if partying near downtown LA
it was easy and clean and nice staff. we came in late and they had a securty guard there and it felt safe (even if it wasnt the best neghborhood)haha. We were late checking out and they were really nice about it.
