When To Go
Maui's high season runs from mid-December through
mid-April – with the last two weeks of December being particularly popular – and again in July and August, when, despite the heat (they're the hottest months of the year), Maui is busy with vacationing families. March and early April also draw a spring-break crowd.
Maui is that rare destination where low season actually coincides with the finest weather – mid-April to mid-June and again from September to mid-December are simply gorgeous, and, with prices at their most affordable, you'll get the most bang for your buck by visiting during these months.
