This hillside haven, set amid hibiscus gardens and built into the climbing cliffs above the bay, offers jaw-dropping views of Acapulco bay. In total, the resort has 210 pools! Otherwise, rooms are simple with marble floors, ordinary furnishings, and, of course, pink accents. Bedspreads are – you guessed it – pink, as are countertops, pillows, cushions, and walls. Early-morning breakfast arrives at your door and constant jeep service shuttles guests to and from the beach club, about a half-mile away (a obligatory service charge covers shuttle service and tips). There you'll find a large swimming pool, a fresh-water tidal pool, and a casual eatery.
