Amsterdam: Getting There

Airport Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) is one of Europe’s busiest, easily reachable by train from the city center and other points around the Netherlands. Connexxion shuttle buses run directly to/from Amsterdam hotels for around €12 one way or €19 round trip. Expect to pay around €35 for a taxi to the town center.

Airlines Schiphol is the hub of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Most major world carriers fly here as well, including US carriers Continental, Delta, Northwest and United.
