Australia Itineraries

Long Weekend
A long weekend is not nearly enough time to see Australia in all of its glory. If you are on a tight time budget, however, that doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy some of what the country has to offer. Stick to the Sydney area, relaxing on scenic Bondi beach, hiking through the forests and along the shoreline of Sydney Harbor National Park, and exploring cultural icons like the Sydney Opera House.
One Week
Arrive in Sydney and immediately take a flight to Cairns to explore the tropical riches of the Great Barrier Reef for 3 days. Next, fly to Brisbane and drive to the Gold Coast for 2 days, catching a wave at Surfers Paradise and exploring the neighboring rainforests. Return to explore Sydney for your last 2 days.
Two Weeks
Follow the above one-week itinerary until you reach the Gold Coast. After spending your 2 days there, fly from Brisbane to Adelaide and spend 2 days in the sun-baked vineyards of Barossa and Clare valleys. Dedicate the following 2 days to trekking through the Outback to witness the spectacle that is Uluru at sunset. Before flying back to Sydney, make a 2-day detour to Kangaroo Island to see as many kolas and kangaroos as you can. Spend your last 3 days taking in the sights and sounds of cosmopolitan Sydney.
