Bavaria Getting There

Munich Airport (MUC) is far and away Bavaria’s busiest airport – not to mention its most convenient and attractive, but international and domestic flights also fly in to Nuremberg (NUE) and Augsburg (AGB).

Lufthansa is the best bet, especially to Munich. Germany’s national airline departs daily from Atlanta (ATL), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (ORD), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (EWR/JFK), and San Francisco (SFO) and five days a week from Denver (DEN) and Washington, DC (IAD).
