Bora Bora is for lovers and nightlife is almost non-existent. There are beach barbecues with dancing and some of the hotel bars are quite stunning, but the crowds tend to thin out after 11pm. The one disco, Le Recife, is known for the fights that break out there regularly.

With its billowing white curtains, its one of the island’s most romantic evening hideaways. Tamaaraa A tamaaraa is a Tahitian feast of fish, pork, and chicken, cooked in an underground oven and accompanied by Polynesian dancing performed by gorgeous men and women in costumes.
