Bordeaux: Hotels

The region is home to some spectacular chateaux and resorts. City options are adequate but two new properties – the boutique hotel, La Maison Bord’eaux and the Regent Bordeaux – have taken things up a notch. Travelers with small children should think twice before bringing the little ones along – Bordeaux, for all of its beauty, is not the best destination for families. High-end rooms go for $350+ nightly; budget accommodations can be found for less than $100 per night.
