Just south of Philadelphia and Bucks County along I-95, the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is Southeastern Pennsylvania’s major entry point and transportation hub for visitors flying to the region.
Airlines
All major domestic airlines, including Delta, American, Continental, and United, as well as many international airlines, fly to PHL. Budget carriers Southwest and AirTran also fly to PHL.

5 hours from the West Coast, 1.5 hours from Boston, 3 hours from Miami, 2.5 hours from Atlanta, 2.5 hours from Chicago.
Ground Transportation
If you are coming from the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic, the best way to get to Bucks County is to drive. Bucks County is located along the I-95 corridor, making it easily accessible by car from major metropolitan destinations north and south of the region. The drive north to Bucks County is about 3.5 hours from Washington D.C. and 45 minutes to an hour from Philadelphia. The southbound drive down I-95 takes about 1.5 hours from New York City. Travelers can also access the region by taking Amtrak Acela on the busy Northeastern Corridor to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Transfers are available at the 30th Street Station to Southeastern Pennsylvania’s Regional Rail system, which makes many stops in Bucks County.
