Búzios When To Go

Trendy thirty-somethings descend on the town during the southern hemisphere’s summer, when temperatures average 84 degrees. Brazilian families are common both then and during the July winter school break. Holiday weekends are busy throughout the year.

Búzios experiences a lull during the South American winter, and especially during the weekends. Prices are lower, things are less crazy and, in general, the weather is nice (average temperature: 66 degrees).

Things begin to heat up in the spring – visitor numbers increase and temperatures approach 70 degrees. There are still some deals to be had, though not as many as in the off season.
