Cannes Neighborhoods

Boulevard de la Croisette
As you walk along Cannes’ most famous promenade, you’ll see smooth Mediterranean-kissed beaches sprinkled with barely clad beautiful people on one side; and the swankiest hotels and ultra top shops like Hermès, Chanel, and Lacroix on the other.
Centre Ville
Anchored by the barely-cheaper-than-Croisette shopping strip, rue d’Antibes, Centre Ville is where you’ll find the train station and many of the city’s best restaurants.
Le Vieux Port
Cannes’ main port offers a great glimpse of old-world charm alongside modern mega-wealth, with small fishing boats docked beside the finest luxury yachts.
Le Suquet
Just up from the old port atop Suquet hill lies Cannes’ old town, where you’ll find picturesque winding lanes, the city’s best historic sites, and amazing views of modern Cannes and the sea below.
La Californie
Home to Picasso in the mid 1950s, east Cannes’ La Californie was named for the U.S. state, with which it shares lush vegetation and lavish estates.
Le Cannet
Step back in time in the scenic north Cannes suburb of Le Cannet, home to several arts and crafts galleries, and connected to Centre Ville by the wide Boulevard Carnot.
