To avoid lines, get there early and obtain a free “fastpass” at the gate, which lets you avoid attraction queues. (Pssst: Florida residents and AAA members get park discounts.) Take the "Beachline" toll road for the fastest route from teh theme parks to hte beach.

You’ll want one to explore the surrounding area. Alamo, Avis, Budget, and National all have offices at MCO.
Free Parking
If you’re planning on taking a cruise, spend the night at a hotel before you leave and after you return and you’ll be able to park your car there for free. Otherwise, the port charges $12/night for parking.

Use gaming as an excuse to snap up a free cruise – Sun Cruz runs twice-daily trips out of Port Canaveral. As long as you’re playing (slots, poker, craps) everything is free: the ride, the parking, even the drinks.
