Culture Box This is a club for people into serious electronic music. Culture Box prides itself on the caliber of guest DJs from Denmark and around the world and the fact that they promote non-commercial music. Fox Kitchen and Bar Come here for drinks mixed by an Englishman called Gromit, a genius bartender who is able to produce classic drinks or more inventive creations while maintaining pleasant banter with customers. He’s exploring the use of cocktails paired with food – using ingredients as diverse as turnip puree and cloudberries – that are served in the adjoining restaurant. Karriere New York isn’t the only city with a hip meatpacking district. This ambitious bar, restaurant, and lounge hosts regular art exhibitions, concerts, conversations with artists, video screenings and even prints its own newspaper full of cultural articles. Nasa Technically a members-only club, you can often get into the orbit of Nasa if you look the part – that is to say, glamorous, fashionable and able to afford the drinks. Rust There are many places in Copenhagen where your appearance matters, but the locals flock to Rust simply to enjoy a few of hours of live music before the DJs take over.
