The new-ish Hilton Imperial, about a five-minute walk from the Old Town’s Pile Gate, boasts an interesting historic pedigree: Known as the Hotel Imperial from 1897, the property housed refugees from the war in the 1990s. The brick and white stone façade gives the hotel a palatial feel. The Hilton also offers one of the few enclosed parking garages in Dubrovnik.
