Sherman's Expert Review

The new-ish Hilton Imperial, about a five-minute walk from the Old Town’s Pile Gate, boasts an interesting historic pedigree: Known as the Hotel Imperial from 1897, the property housed refugees from the war in the 1990s. The staff here are professional and attentive. The 147 lush rooms, bedeckedmore with flat-screen TVs and a hip modern design, are spacious and apt to lead to hibernation. The brick and white stone façade gives the hotel a palatial feel. The Hilton also offers one of the few enclosed parking garages in Dubrovnik.

"A good hotel ideally located for visiting the old walled city."
