Greek Islands: Itineraries

Long Weekend If time is limited, you should concentrate on the Cyclades – fit in a night (or, time permitting, two) on both Santorini and Mykonos, with one afternoon dedicated to a half-day trip to the archeological site at Delos.

One Week Spend two days on Santorini and two days on party island Mykonos (with a visit to the archaeological site on the nearby Delos).  Move on for a day and a night on unspoiled Patmos, before rounding off your tour with two days on Rhodes.

Two Weeks Devote your first week to exploring the Ionian islands via a chartered sailing boat with skipper. During the second week you should follow the above seven-day itinerary to cover the Cyclades and the Dodecanese.
