India: When To Go

Peak Season: November to March The coolest (and driest) months coincide with our own winter season, making India a great temperate destination during these months. Book in advance though because everyone’s got the same idea.

Off Season: April to August The muggy pre and post monsoon season makes India – an already hot and chaotic place – even more overwhelming for travelers. Though rates will be exceptionally low, traveling at this time can prove to be testing.

Sweet Spot: September to November An ideal time to visit the subcontinent, this pre-holiday season means you beat out the NRIs (non-resident Indians) and pricy airline tickets and hotel room rates.
