Jamaica: Itineraries

Long Weekend Spend 2 nights in Kingston and tour the city sights and nightlife. Drive up the Blue Mountains for 2 nights in Port Antonio. Or you can stay in Kingston and take day trips to the Blue Mountains. If the sea and surf are preferred, fly into Montego Bay instead and stay at a resort along the northwest coast.

One Week Spend 4 days at a seaside resort along the Seven Mile Beach in Negril, then 3 days in nearby Long Bay and West End; or three days in Treasure Beach to the south.

Two Weeks Spend 5 days in Montego Bay with side trips to the city and countryside, 2 days in Trelawny, then east to Ocho Rios for 4 days followed by 3 days in Oracabessa.
