After exploring Amman’s downtown for a day, drive to the Dead Sea for the remaining two days. On the way back, spend a day or two in Madaba’s Ma’in Hot Springs.

After two days sightseeing in Amman, fly to Aqaba and spend the day snorkeling. Trek through Wadi Rum for a day, then drive to Petra for two days. Cap the week off with a day in Jerash.

Take three days in Amman, two in Irbid, and two in Petra. Trek through Wadi Rum for two days and snorkel in Aqaba for two days. Wind up sunbathing by the Dead Sea for the rest of your trip.
