The small, unpretentious Senhora is located on a hilltop in the old city and is most noted for its views of the city, the Castle of St. George, and the Tagus River – and the rooftop breakfast room from which to enjoy them. It’s a steep climb to get here, but the famously scenic Tram 28 makes the ascent a pleasure.
