Julija's interior is an experiment in "Baroque modernism" with a pleasing combination of Baroque-style gilded mirrors and decorative Delft tiles. The international menu is heavy on meats, fish, and pasta (their porcini risotto is especially rich). The wine list is also worth a look, particularly if you're interested in sampling the yield from the local vineyards. When the bill comes, you'll have yet another reason to smile as the cost-to-quality ratio makes this restaurant very special indeed.
