Things To Do

Plan to spend most of your time in Marrakech visiting the sites in the Medina, Kasbah and Mellah areas, with brief forays into the Ville Nouvelle to catch your breath or dine in western surrounds. In between visiting historic sites, explore the area’s pampering spas and some of Morocco’s best shopping.

Djemaa el-Fna great value
Djemaa el-Fna is an absolute must. The heart of the medina, this central square becomes a carnival of snake charmers, acrobats and food stalls come nightfall, when locals and visitors gather for cheap alfresco meals.
