Rates skyrocket by as much as 30-percent during the popular summer months. Expect to pay anywhere between $375 to $700 a night … more at top-tier properties and in the $200 to 300 range for mid-level rooms. Budget accommodations, though few and far between, can be found for under $150 nightly.
