Montenegro Getting There

Airport
Montenegro has two international airports, Podgorica (TGD) and Tivat (TIV). Alternatively, visitors might fly to Dubrovnik (DBV) in neighboring Croatia, then hire a car and drive 10 miles to the border.
Airlines
Delta is the only airline that flies from the U.S. (New York) to Belgrade in Serbia. From there, pick up a flight on Montenegro Airlines to Podgorica or Tivat. Montenegro Airlines also offers connections in European cities like Budapest, Frankfurt, Paris and Rome.
Flight Times
There are no direct flights from the US to Montenegro. Flights from New York to Belgrade take approximately 15.5 hours; from Los Angeles to Belgrade it’s 24 hours. Flights from Belgrade to Podgorica and Belgrade to Tivat take 45 minutes.
