Airport
Mozambique’s main airport is Mavalane (MPM) in Maputo. Regional flights serve Vilanculos (VNX) for the Bazaruto Archipelago, Beira (BEW) for Gorongosa National Park, and Pemba (POL) for the Quirimbas Archipelago and northern Mozambique.
Airlines
South African Airways flies from New York (JFK) or Atlanta to Maputo via Johannesburg. TAP Air Portugal flies from New York to Maputo via Lisbon. British Airways, KLM and Swiss Airlines fly from New York to London, Amsterdam, or Zurich (respectively), with direct connections to Nairobi. From Nairobi, take KLM-partner Kenya Airways to Maputo. SA Airlink and Pelican Air Services link South Africa with the Bazaruto Archipelago.
