Mykonos Nightlife

This lovely Alefkandhra favorite offers an intimate indoor bar (order one of their stellar cocktails) and choice outdoor seating along a narrow seaside walkway. Be prepared to get wet when the water is rough.

Clinging to a rocky, seaside cliff, this dance club, with its pool and multiple bars, is famous for moonlight raves and sunrise parties—things heat up around 2am; the debauchery continues until close to 10am.

Even before the sun sets, beachgoers start jamming to escalating tunes emanating from Paradise Club’s speakers. Dance the night (or day) away to the latest house music while downing fruity cocktails or Ouzo.

Scandi Bar has hedonism on tap with surprisingly cheap beers and groovy beats blasting in the upstairs disco. Even the cobbled streets around the legendary bar are packed with partiers.

Bikini-clad beach bums booze it up at this daytime Paradise Beach fixture. Expect dancing, swimming, sunbathing, and the usual shenanigans.

Snag a table outside to chill or a table inside to party to samba rhythms. At the far end of the old harbor overlooking Chora and the marina, this is one of the island’s premier after-dark asylums.

Practically an institution on Mykonos, this renowned gay bar is the place for dancing, drinking, and drag. Founded in 1974 (before Mykonos was the hot spot it is today) by Italian-American painter Pierro Aversa and Mykonian local Andreas Koutsoukos, Pierro’s radiates flare. Artists, actors, models, and, of course, drag queens have been flocking to this DJ-driven bar where there’s always a surplus of fashionable patrons and views of Mykonos bay.
