The Napa River Inn is in the old mill built in 1884, now a modern 2.5-acre complex containing restaurants, shops, galleries and outdoor music venues. The inn occupies three buildings, ranging from the Hatt Building, on the National Register of Historic Buildings (with 8 Victorian-style rooms) to the Embarcadero, where 26 rooms have a yachtie-theme and river views, to the 32-room Plaza Building, where some rooms have fireplaces, balconies, and river views. It’s around the corner from Copia and the new Oxbow Public Market, and the mill complex includes some very good restaurants, including Celadon. Breakfast is catered by Sweetie Pies bakery.
