This four-level Asian/Italian-themed hotel located just a few walkable blocks from the beach would seem far more posh in any other city. In Playa del Carmen, it's just standard luxury, though you won’t have to max out your credit card to stay here. The 40 rooms are better equipped than you might… more expect (tile and marble floors, Bamboo and seagrass furniture). Their rooftop pool and terrace has a great view of the Caribbean and there's even a small spa and holistic center.
