The small, unpretentious Senhora is located on a hilltop in the old city and is most noted for its views of the city, the Castle of St. George, and the Tagus River – and the rooftop breakfast room from which to enjoy them. The hotel doesn’t offer extensive amenities, but it’s very reasonably… more priced. There are 24 rooms and four suites with terraces; all are comfortable and well-designed, as is the lobby area. It’s a steep climb to get here, but the famously scenic Tram 28 makes the ascent a pleasure.
