Great Value
Sherman's Expert Review

Renovated in 2006, the Sofia is one of downtown’s most affordable boutique hotels. The Italianate palette of tans and greens, accented with dark-wood furniture, is cozy and soothing. Rooms  come with flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, and pillow-top mattresses; bathrooms, with basin sinks, more are to die for.
