Plan and book in advance. Seattle summers can be sublime (temperatures in the 70s) and the hotels and attractions are running at full tilt.
Off Season: November to February
The best hotel deals can be found this time of year. Although it’s the city’s low tourist season (average temperatures: low 40s), it’s high season for arts and culture with events like Seattle Center Winterfest.
Sweet Spot: October; March to April
There is no true “shoulder season” in Seattle. Hotel and other deals run hot and cold during fall and spring months, just like the weather (temperatures tend to average in the 50s).
