This old flourmill, converted into a tasting room by Petaluma Vineyards, makes for a terrific lunch stop. Signature dishes include grilled marron with shellfish essence, and crustacean mousseline and truffled cream, but Chef Le Tu Thai draws heavily on his Asian heritage for many of the entrees.
