This hotel was worth every penny! We were traveling with a small child so were upgraded to a suite. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel restaurants were excellent. The room, recently redone, was perfect. more

For $800 US a night I expected a first class experience. What I got instead was: a missed wake-up call before an early morning flight, dead flowers in the bathroom - not replaced when I threw them out, missing items from room service, bed pillows... more
