Toronto: When To Go

Peak Season: June to September Summer and early fall spell vacation time, with weather in the upper 70s and several festivals (including the world-renowned Toronto Film Festival). Expect peak prices, long lines, and a fun, carefree atmosphere city-wide.

Off Season: November to March Contrary to popular belief, the winters here aren’t that much colder than in New York (14-32 degrees is common). Discounted prices and a complete lack of lines make it worthwhile for those who don’t mind staying indoors and splurging on taxis.

Sweet Spot: October; April to May Spring and late fall show the city at its best – crowds are manageable, prices are modest, and temperatures in the high 60s make it perfect for strolling.
