Airport The Cyril E. King Airport (STT) on St. Thomas and Henry Rohlsen Airport on St. Croix (STT) receives direct flights from the mainland U.S.. Many flights also connect through Luis Muñoz Marin International (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Airlines American Airlines and its affiliate, American Eagle, are the major carriers, but Continental, Delta, U.S. Airways, Spirit, and United also fly to the territory. Smaller regional carriers like Cape Air and LIAT connect the area with other islands.

Flight Times Non-stop flights to the Virgin Islands take under 3 hours from Miami; 4 hours from New York. With at least one stop, it’s about 10 hours from Los Angeles; 8 from Dallas. From San Juan it’s 30 minutes.
