Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Dubai (DXB) are the two largest airports in the Emirates. They are also the only two that accommodate direct flights from the U.S. Sharjah (SHJ) and Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) serve regional destinations and low-cost airlines.

Emirates Airlines flies daily from New York to Dubai; Etihad Airways flies direct from New York to Abu Dhabi. Delta Airlines offers a nonstop flight from Atlanta to Dubai. Several European carriers offer flights to Dubai with layovers in Europe.
