True to its name, this 2009 remodeled resort offers 56 rooms set along Florida Bay. Room décor is beach-themed with accents like seashell-filled desk lamps and palm-tree cushioned chairs; continental breakfast is included in the rate. Aside from the pool, onsite activities are limited, though the small sandy beach here provides a dream setting for taking in a sunset, and its location in the heart of Key Largo can't be beat. The adjacent beach tiki bar, Snooks, serves up lunch, dinner, tapas, and happy hour drink specials just a few steps away; its tiki torches light the way to live music come nightfall.
