Located in the heart of the Hanoi, this slim, nine-story hotel houses 43 rooms and suites. Accommodation décor is somewhat plain, but whimsical rice paper shades and a light, airy color palette make for a soothing ambience amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Beds and carpeting could stand to be more plush, but at the price, it’s a great value, considering that breakfast, fruit and flower baskets, mineral water, and coffee and tea are all included in the fare. What was once a cool bar with panoramic views on the 8th floor has been relocated to the ground floor and replaced by additional guest rooms.
