The French cruise line, Compagnie Du Ponant has been kept a secret for over 20 years by European travelers, but now that the company is planning on opening a new office in Miami, the cat is out of the bag. Ponant specializes in luxury cruises to off-the-path ports in Antarctica, Greenland, Europe, and beyond.  Passengers can enjoy exceptional cuisine, spacious staterooms, and a welcoming family environment (kids sail free). When the newest ship, Le Boréal debuts in May 2010 she will uphold the sleek, modern design found on the three others, but Le Boréal will also feature impressive new amenities.
