As temperatures across the country take a dip, we suggest a beat-the-winter-blues trip to warm-weather Bermuda. If you time your visit right, you can save 50 percent on standard rates at 13 of the island’s resorts during The Bermuda Pink Sale.
The annual promotion is available for booking between January 8 and 25 for travel through April 30 or September 7 through December 31. (The full list of participating properties goes live on January 8.)
At Grotto Bay Beach Resort, guests can connect to free WiFi throughout the property while kicking back in the newly renovated guestrooms and cottages. Here, rates during the promotion are from $109.50 for ocean view superior rooms. For fans of Fairmont, there’s the Hamilton Princess and Beach Club, whose lobby and common spaces display public art created by Andy Warhol, Banksy, and even Nelson Mandela. Nightly rates start from $190 during the sale. Also priced mid-range, at $225 per night for superior rooms, is Rosewood Tucker’s Point, an 88-room property that has a private beach, along with salt and freshwater pools.
Another participating property is the adults-only Cambridge Beach Resort and Spa, where deluxe ocean view rooms are priced from $249-$300 per night and include breakfast. Want to stay three nights or longer? You’ll receive a $30 spa credit, one round of golf per person, an additional hour free when renting a boat for three hours, and an additional day free when renting a moped for three days. On-site, find an infinity pool, a lap pool, three restaurants, and yoga classes, among other activities.
