The Top 9 Celebrity Chefs at Sea

Cruise lines continue to boost their culinary options by partnering with boldface names to create signature dishes or even open their own restaurants on board. Here are our favorite celebrity chefs with restaurants at sea, and what to eat when you get there.

1. Thomas Keller

Seabourn Cruise Line has partnered with California-based Thomas Keller to revamp its main dining room menus. Look for French and American dishes by the three-Michelin-starred chef on Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn, and Seabourn Quest. A dedicated Keller-helmed restaurant called The Grill also debuted on Seabourn Quest and will be found on the new Seabourn Encore when it launches in December 2016.

What to Order: Duck breast
