Getting to Iguazu Falls


Iguacu International Airport (IGR) is 17 miles from Puerto Iguacu. Most U.S. flights will arrive to Buenos Aires’ Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE) and connect through Aeroparque Metropolitano Jorge Newberry (AEP) on domestic carriers.


Aerolineas Argentinas and Lan Argentina fly to Iguacu International Airport from Aeroparque Metropolitano Jorge Newberry in Buenos Aires. Many major U.S. and South American carriers fly into EZE.

Flight Times

The flight from Buenos Aires to Iguacu is about 1.5 hours; it’s 10-11 hours to Buenos Aires from most connecting U.S. cities including Atlanta, Houston and New York; 8.5 hours from Miami; 17.5 from L.A.
