Getting to Netherlands

The Netherlands’ main airport is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) located just south of the city. Few international flights operate out of The Netherlands’ other airports, though Rotterdam (RTM) and Eindhoven (EIN) airports both offer limited European service.

Numerous airlines offer direct flights from North America to Amsterdam and many European carriers have onward connections to Amsterdam. Northwest Airlines is the codeshare partner with Holland’s national carrier, KLM, and together they serve several American and Canadian cities daily.

Flight Times

8.5 hours nonstop from New York to Amsterdam; 11 hours nonstop from Los Angeles to Amsterdam.
