Major U.S. carriers Delta, Continental, and Northwest serve both PWM and BGR. Regional carrier Allegiant Air also serves BGR. AirTran, United Express, and low-cost carrier JetBlue serve PWM. US Airways serves all Maine airports.

Flight Times

1.5 hours from New York to Portland or Bangor; 2.5 hours from Chicago. Non-stop flights from the west coast are rare, so count on a stopover and total travel times ranging from 7 to 10 hours.
