One-Way Tickets from $29: Flash Sale on Frontier Airlines

Plane tickets from $29 one-way? Yes -- if you can book a ticket on Frontier Airlines by the end of the day tomorrow!

In its most recent flash sale, the airline is offering “Out of this World” fares as low as $29 and as high as $59 one-way. (The cheeky promotional materials feature a bear donning an astronaut suit.) Many fares fall into the $39 and $49 range, too -- meaning you could pay under $100 round-trip for a weekend getaway.

Snag the $29 fare for dozens of travel routes that include the following city pairs: Denver and Las Vegas; Atlanta and Cincinnati; Philadelphia and Atlanta; San Francisco and Phoenix; Dallas and Phoenix; and Washington Dulles and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. This rock-bottom fare is for travel between July 18 and August 31 only.

Some of the higher-priced fares ($49-$59 one-way) are good for travel dates as late as this October 20 -- although some do not go into effect until August 22. For example, you could fly from Indianapolis to Atlanta, or from Philadelphia to Chicago, for $49 each way anytime between August 22 and October 20.

Several smaller cities are included in the sale, too. You'll find flights to Austin, Orlando, Trenton, and Raleigh-Durham.
